1. Return Period
Consumers have the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
No reason is required.
2. How to Return Goods

Include your order number and state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Pack the goods securely and send them to:

The return period is preserved if the goods are sent on the last day of the 14-day period.
3. Conditions for Return
Returned goods must be:
- undamaged

complete
-
ideally in the original packaging (not mandatory)
Goods that cannot be returned:

customised goods
-
items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once unsealed
4. Refund
We will refund the purchase price:

within 14 days of withdrawal

using the same payment method as the original transaction
Refund may be delayed until the goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning goods is paid by the customer.
If a free gift was included with the order, it must also be returned.
6. Claims and Complaints
For defective goods, please consult the Complaints Procedure (part of our Terms & Conditions) and applicable consumer protection laws.
